Refund Policy for Smile For Miles

At Smile For Miles, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your tour booking. However, as a small business, we rely on tour payments to cover our operational expenses. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  • Established the following refund policy:

    •  Deposits:

      All deposits made for tour bookings are non-refundable.

    •  Cancellation Charges:
      • 30 days or more prior to departure: Loss of deposit.

      • 15-29 days before departure: 30% of tour cost or deposit, whichever is greater.

      • 7-14 days before departure: 50% of tour cost or deposit, whichever is greater.

      • 6 or fewer days before departure: 80% of tour cost or deposit, whichever is greater.

      • 48 hours or fewer before departure: 100% of tour cost.

    •  Tailor-made Tours:

      Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to clients at the time of booking.

    •  Refund Timing:

      Refunds, when applicable, are processed according to the terms and conditions of the airlines and other service providers. We take a maximum of 2 weeks to process the refund. Once processed, it may take around 7 working days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account.

    •  Repayment Methods:

      Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used to make the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Possible repayment methods include:

      1.Credit/Debit Card

      2.Bank Transfer

      3.Online Payment Services (e.g., PayPal)

    •  Cancellation Procedure:

      1.All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who submitted the booking form.

      2.Please send an email to your designated contact at smileformiles.net, with a copy to info@smileformiles.net

    •  Unused Portions of the Tour:

      Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion or part of the tour or services.

    •  Alterations or Early Departures:

      1.Any changes to the tour or early departures are at the expense and liability of the client.

      2.Clients must communicate in writing to smileformiles.net. Their reasons for departing the tour early.

      3.We strive to provide exceptional experiences for our clients, and we appreciate your understanding of our refund policy, which enables us to continue offering quality tours and services.
